"Many years of service. Paid on some items that were destroyed by fire. Cover my storage unit. My home my car my truck. Years ago paid on some damage from an earthquake. Quick service for my vehicle breakdowns. Getting to service. And giving service. In like out of gas flat tire lockout if my vehicles Damage from storms to the inside of my home."

"HORRIBLE! I had been with Martin Woodruff for 22 years. This location has really gone down hill. I've always tried to bring them customer business because they were so attentive. This hasn't been the case for a couple years now. So, I cancelled and went with another company because they dropped BOTH my car insurance policies (and did not notify me) after I had a wreck that was not my fault. This was also after they wanted to charge me full coverage on a totaled vehicle. Would not issue me a credit, but dropped my policies. Then, when canceling my home owners insurance, they back dated my coverage to look like it had lapsed (when I assure you it had NOT). Just another reason for me to write a not so good review on them. DO NOT SETTLE WITH MARTIN WOODRUFF OR STATE FARM. I wish I wasn't required to give them a 1 star rating."
